Feliz Viernes mis amorcitos! Hoy estamos de Celebracion! Empezo el mundial y estamos con la camiseta de la pasion del futbol puestisima y listos para ver este fascinante torneo que nos hace olvidar los problemas y soñar con lo imposible. Y pense tomar un break de mi adorado embarazo y hablarles de una de las ciudades donde se esta llevando acabo este gran torneo y que tuve la oportunidar de visitar hace unos años, San Petersburgo. Les cuento que este lugar es simplemente fascinante. Mejor conocida como la Venecia del Norte ya que no es una tipica ciudad rusa ya que muestra un estilo innovador, ostentoso y que honestamente invita al romance.
Esta ciudad la visite como parte de un crucero por Europa y estuve solamente un día que por cierto estaba frío. Dejenme decirles que cada vez que viajo me encanta conectar con las historias emocionales de las personas que vivieron en estos sitios y trato de sentir lo que ellos experimentaron. Esta ciudad tiene paisajes como para tirarte en la grama de innumerables jardines y comer helado o hacer un picnic mientras aprecias los dificios ostentosos y te pones en el lugar de los famosos zares y la vida que se dieron. Creo que a veces hay que dejar el telefono a un lado y disfrutar del momento y la buena compania y luego si se puede el selfie, pero no lo contrario. Si me entienden vivir el momento!
En fin, San Petersburgo tienes mucha pero mucha historia y se nota que era un lugar de monarquias con unos palacios que sientes que estas sumergido en una pelicula de reyes. Los Palacios como Peterhof el de Catalina en Pushkin son estremadamente bellos. Solo inmaginense todas las locuras que pasarian alli con gente con tanto dinero y en ese entonces sin redes sociales y a puerta cerrada? Le agregamos los infinitos jardines, bosques y lagos en el cual solo unos cuantos podrian disfrutarlo. No es que me vuelvo loca pensando que haria con tanto tiempo y fortuna en mis manos? A poco que harian ustedes?
Les comparto mis fotos de los lugares mas emblematicos de nuestra visita como el famoso Museo del Hermitage donde sus reliquias te dejan con la boca abierta y que les digo de la Iglesia del Salvador sobre la Sangre Derramada que te saca los suspiros que te dejen sorprendida. Asi que me imagino que los visitantes que esten en el mundial podran apreciar Russia en su esplendor pero mas aun con la emocion que nos trae el futbol. Estoy casi segura que la experiencia deber ser una completamente diferente y mas de estar de fiesta y celebracion probando su rica comida y gozando con gente de todas partes del mundo. Espero que les haya gustado este viaje conmigo y piensen todo lo que este lugar tiene que ofrecer en los proximos 30 dias de fantasia! Feliz fin de semana mis amorcitos! Travel with me to Russia
Happy Friday, my loves! Today we are celebrating the beginning of the Fifa World Cup and we are wearing our passion for this sport to the max! I am very much ready to see this fascinating tournament that makes us forget our problems and dream of the impossible. I thought to take a break of my pregnancy and tell you all about this great country where this tournament is taking place. I had the opportunity to visit St. Petersburg a few years ago. I tell you that this place is simply fascinating. Better known as the Venice of the North. It is not a typical Russian city, and it really shows an innovative style, ostentatious and that honestly invites to romance. I was here as part of a cruise through Europe and we stopped for a day to explore its major landmarks. Let me tell you that every time I travel, I love connecting with the emotional stories of the people who lived in these places and I try to feel what they experienced. This city has innumerable gardens to enjoy an ice cream or have a picnic while appreciating the ostentatious palaces from back in the day. I put myself in the place of the famous Kings and Queens or better said Zars. It is fun. Sometimes, you need to leave the phone aside and enjoy the moment and the good company and if time permits then you can take the selfie, but not the opposite.
Anyway, St. Petersburg has a lot but a lot of history. It shows the history of the monarchies and the beautiful palaces that is difficult not to feel you are in a medieval movie. The palaces like Peterhof or Catherine in Pushkin are extremely luxurious. Just imagine all the crazy things that occurred there with this powerful people and so much money to spend without having any social media or scrutiny behind closed doors. Let snot forget the infinite gardens, forests, and lakes in which only a few could enjoy it. It really gets me thinking what I would do with so much time and fortune in my hands.
I share with you all my photos of the most emblematic places of our visit. The famous Hermitage Museum where his relics leave you with your mouth open and the Church of the Savior on the Spilled Blood. I imagine that the visitors who are in Russia for the World Cup will enjoy the splendor of this city, but I think they will have so much fun because most of them will be partying and celebrating, tasting their delicious food and enjoying with people from all over the world.
