Una de las mejores cosas que me ha pasado, ha sido mi nuevo cambio de estilo de vida. Tenía muchos problemas con mantener mi energía y tomaba mucho café. Por eso cuando mi prima me comento de la existencia de un té que daba energía y además sabia rico no lo pensé dos veces. Había probado muchos tés que traje de la china muy ricos pero no para tomar a diario. Por eso, esta solución me encanto porque además de remplazar el café, a mi te de raspberrry de Herbalife le puedo agregar aloe vera, y fibra de manzana para una mejor digestión.
Puedo decirles que este cambio me ha caído de maravilla, y me ha ayudado a mantenerme menos inflamada ya que el café no solo retiene líquidos, deshidrata la piel pero también con leche y azúcar es fácil apuntar libritas de más y les confieso no me gusta tomar el café negro.
