You and I can make the Difference

One of the reasons I have enjoyed being a TV personality is not the fact that I get to meet celebrities that although is cool is not as satisfying as it is to be able to make a difference with causes that positively impact the lives of other human beings. This is why today I would like to share with you why I am Donate Life Ambassador. This organization creates awareness about donation of organs and tissues. In my particular case, I have been able to learn more about this institution through my participation in its festivals for more than five years and I have heard the stories in my interview for DC Contigo Tv Show when I have spoken to its organizers, donors and recipients who  tell me how they live so grateful for the transplant donated to them.

I actually became a donor thanks to them and now in my driver’s license I have a little heart where it indicates that if something were to happen to me, my organs can be used in other patients who need them and are on a waiting list for organs. I faithfully believe that the day I pass , my body will remain on this earth, and I will make a difference  in someone that  needs to live and will be able to do so thanks to me. I want you to remember that there is no cost to become a donor and that people of all ages and medical conditions can become donors. I invite you to make the difference with me, you can also register in the link that appears below.
